The Art of Stillness

Adventures in Going Nowhere

Its message is apt for the age. Its best appreciated as an essay (why don't they make audiobooks from Hazlitt, Russell, or even Grayling?) rather than a guide, though it does have an encouraging effect. Its stylistic qualities maintain one's interest and attention, though much of it is just humble-bragging filler.
