This is very depressing, but worth watching. Not stellar acting, but the premise is good enough. This movie reminded me of my last experience in a doctor’s waiting room. There was a father and two daughters, both not older than 11, I assume. The three of them barely exchanged a word, for all were completely absorbed typing in their little gadgets. While I love technology, it is allowing a complete disconnect, especially between parents and their kids. Not only they have surrendered raising their kids to third parties (schools, libraries, malls), they have also removed themselves from dialogue with them. This specific movie is an eye opener and should be watched by all parents. Maybe they will realize that it is still not late and they can take back their kids’ lives? The problem is that it takes time and a lot of dedication—exactly as it was when mothers used to stay home and take care of their kids. No, the world was not perfect, but children were taken care of by their own family. Nice time, that was…
