Add a CommentAnother good book by Lisa Gardner. This is a new character but I do not believe that this is the last time we see her. She was strong character that was flawed but driven on her task to find missing people. Great read.
I love, love, love Lisa Gardner. I absolutely blow through her books, and I finish them in a matter of just a few days. That being said, I don't think this was her strongest offering. However, I liked Frankie A LOT and would love more books about her. The way this novel ended... there's gotta be more, right? Please?!
streamed audio books would open this book to a new audience. Thanks.
"My name is Frankie Elkin and finding missing people is what I do. When the police have given up, when the public no longer remembers, when the media has never bothered to care, I start looking."
I flew through this standalone from Lisa Gardner like I was an elite runner in the Boston Marathon. Frankie is a flawed, but fascinating protagonist. She has come to Boston to help find a missing teenager. This is her fifteenth missing persons case. Maybe this will be the first one she finds alive. Frankie has some intuitive detective skills and is a genius at interrogation. Would love to see another Frankie Elkin book if Gardner should choose to write it.
We have enjoyed Lisa Gardiner's novels immensely . Please order it in audiobook format! Thanks!
