Much better than volume 2, this latest volume in the Paper Girls series has the girls trapped in the past, dealing with cavemen, and helping a girl their age survive (or she helps them. Or whatever). Although I still have no idea what's going on, at least this volume stayed in one time period, and had the girls together. It's that friendship of the girls, and their strengths, that keep me going in an otherwise convoluted series. I'm sticking with it to get some of the mysteries solved, but also just to keep my friendship with these girls. I still think volume 1 has been the best with a strong beginning, but this one was enough to make me want more.
This installment doesn't answer any questions and I don't really expect it to, anytime soon at least, but the ride is still as fun and weird as ever. I can't wait to see where this series goes.
