Tangled Webs was a fascinating chance to get to better know Surreal and Rainier. And Jaenelle, Daemon, Lucivar, Saetan and others appeared as major characters, too. I thought this was a great story and I thoroughly enjoyed it (even though it creeped me out a bit; that spooky house sure was spooky!).

personally , i really enjoyed the "tangled webs". Although this book doesn't have the epic feel of the first three books, it is a well woven story that is very entertaining. you should definitely try this if you enjoyed her other books and likes mysteries/romance.

I was deeply disappointed in this book. Normally, I love Anne Bishop's work... but this book was not up to her usual standard. Surreal doesn't act like her usual self at all. The only saving grace is the short story at the end of the book, where Surreal is very much her awesome self.
