An incredible memoir that may inspire you to do more to help endangered elephants.

What a fascinating life lived by Dame Daphne Sheldrick! Her passion for wildlife is utterly clear through her writing. She also shared a very deep love with her husband. Unfortunately, the story began to get very repetitive by the end. It felt slightly drawn out. I would still recommend this book, as an amazing love story between Daphne, David, their family, and all the animals that surrounded them constantly in Kenya. I also recommend visiting The David Sheldrick Wildlife trust here:
