The title says it all - this book introduces the reader to cosmology, the study of universes. Rich in technical and mathematical details, Dr. Barrow takes us from Aristotle to Einstein to Steven Hawking and beyond, exploring the *huge* variety of ways that human observers have tried to describe and define the depth of space and all that surrounds us.
