This book outlines the very real obesity issue among teens. In this case, the teens are going to get band surgery but also have to learn to deal with their emotional needs. It is not just that you are eating but why are you eating.

This book was an educational yet enjoyable read and I think it would be a great inspiration to people of all ages.
