I don't like spicy foods, but I have good memories from down South. If you have ever been in latin america and wanted to know how to prepare the food, this is an excellent resources. From basic latino ingredients to appetizers, soups, latino smoothies and drinks, to empanadas and other savoury pastries, this is your book! I think even non-vegans will appreciate many of the recipes. (Some recipes require TVP or seitan, however, which may not be familiar to omnivores).
