When we hear on the news about a new born baby, found in the trash, its hard to imagine, how a mom could be so heartless and monstrous, to be capable of doing such a thing. Well, this book deals with such a story, but from the view point of the teenage mom, who committed the unimaginable act. The story is hard to read at times. But is well written and definitely worth reading.

This book was a bit hard, emotionally, to read at times. Amy Efaw creates a young woman who in a way is a victim to her own mind, and the author really has you feel that. That being said, I do not agree with the ending. I feel the author put her own opinion into it rather than being true to her character.
Other than that, the story is well-written.

Wow. Just...wow. A tremendously tender and honest look at how the mind protects itself, even when we know we're wrong. I felt an intimacy with the narrator that I'm not sure she even felt herself. A delicate take on a brutal subject.

I loved al th4e details she put in and the research she invested in to the creation of this book. I for one liked the ending because she finally understood what she did and was not trying to cover it up anymore and how she uncovered herself of her denial and faced reality in the best way she could.

Really good, but I felt the ending was pretty abrupt.

ok, so i started this book and could not put it down. i couldnt stop thinking about the other girls like Devin, the girls who were scared and didnt know what to do with their baby. But i was very disappointed in the ending. it just frustrated me so much. I did not agree with it at all. i would have given it a out of 5, but i only gave it a three. It was like the writer ran out of ideas and needed to finish the book quickly.

Very moving novel. You could feel how Devon felt throughout. The twist ending caught me off guard, but still very good. I couldn't put it down.

This was very good.As a young writer,I may have to take some pointers from her(Amy Efaw). The wording is fabulous...very descriptive...very......captivating.Not too happy about how Amy ends it before it's even ready to be over, but great story.Would recommend this to a friend.5 stars and up,I'll give it!!!

Frightening or Intense Scenes: The book was very intense at times and emotionally hard too read. If you have problems with those kinds of things, then seriously don't read this book.
