Possibly my favorite new leadership book. This isn't about processes, specific action items, leaders being the key to organizational change and so forth. This is about improving organizational culture through the language and rhetoric of the group. About finding the values common to the group and leveraging that - not the other way around (leader telling the group what their values need to be and trying to get them to buy into it). It is a ground up way of building a culture that will succeed - different, possibly revolutionary for most American leaders.
