At 80 minutes, this DVD is way too short. Humour is somewhat dated and simplistic, although it has its good moments. With 40+ years of available material, SNL should be able to provide sets with more substance.
Quite enjoyable, and definitely some iconic moments in there. The only criticism that I really have is that it felt too short.
This collection was much better than the Adam Sandler one, Steve Martin has a wider variety of schticks, though they are definitely quirky.
Brief flashes of humour accompanied by long stretches of ego.
Relatively humorous, but I don't think it really was *the Best* as I've seen other sketches he's done that were much better. It was nice to see the original King Tut however, as that brought back some funky memories.
